Is there a way to get out of the clipping completion via TAB/NEXT?

Say the 'a' clipping gives you:

<a href="<#URI#>"><#link_text#></a>

You type, in sequence

a // clipping will show anchor if you have that in your
language
html set
enter           // to fill w/ <a href="<#URI#>"><#link_text#></a>
google.com      // => <a href="google.com"><#link_text#></a>
tab                     // to move cursor
google          // => <a href="google.com">google</a>
???

Now that you've typed google, how do you get out and past the </a>?
