As the web page mentions -- but I realized only after this message that I failed to put this in a README file, so I'll try to remedy that today! -- most of these scripts are from other people, either in original or modified form. AFAIK their licenses don't prohibit my "bundling" but I'd worry that putting the bundle on Github would be crossing a boundary (of courtesy, if not legality). I already have an interesting case in that the Smart New Line code that I have was originally Kendall Conrad's; I modified it to know about a few more languages and to handle bullet (although not numbered list) continuation.
