For PHP previews I believe you just need to setup the site in the preferences. I'm still on BBEdit 9 so can't tell you exactly where the setting is, but it shouldn't be hard to find. I don't generally use the preview for PHP files so I can't say 100% if this will work, but pretty sure I've seen others discuss it on this group list.
