I found this thread while wondering if there was any way to fix the ugly-as-heck line numbers.
It appears that the line-number size is a function of the text editor font setting. I use monaco 9 with no anti-aliasing, so my line numbers are several sizes smaller and anti-aliased. I wonder if this "cosmetic change" can be reversed. I'm willing to dive into the app's inner workings and hidden mechanisms to tweak it, if possible. -- This is the BBEdit Talk public discussion group.
