Hi, Charlie. I got your email - you should have a reply. Please uninstall 
bbpackage and re-install. You should now have v0.0.5. The issue should now 
be resolved. Please confirm.

In regards to your question about packages... Knowledge of Node.js is *not* 
necessary. I encourage you to check out chapter 15 of the BBEdit manual 
that talks about packages. You can create packages (collections of scripts, 
text filters, clippings, etc...) in a variety of ways: AppleScript, Bash 
scripts, Perl, etc... and yes, Node.
