Once upon a time there was a tool that, when used once, would tell Finder to open all TEXT files in BBEdit rather than Teach-Text (remember that?) or TextEdit. It's been a long while - and several iterations of Mac OS - since I've used that capability, but now wish I had it back. Can't seem to find out how it was done, but sure would like to! Anybody know how this can be done these days?
