Thanks, but my issue isn't with Mojave's Dark Mode (I'm using Light Mode in 
Mojave). 

The problem is BBEdit using the Background color under Preferences --> Text 
Colors to set both the text background color and window pane color. It 
happens with any color scheme or custom settings I try. This was never a 
problem with TextWrangler.
