We have foreseen many things :-), including -- but not limited to -- the
ability to:
* Apply HTML tags & attributes via the markup panel (Markup -> Edit
Markup or Command-Control-M by default), per Chapter 11 of the
included manual, or to
* Surround the selected text with arbitrary boilerplate via a clipping
item, per Chapter 12 of the manual.
