As BBEdit doesn't have an integrated debugger (as it's not an IDE), I expect you're talking about an external program. BBEdit is very flexible and can do many things both with running external programs and apple scripts, so anything is _possible_. Perhaps if you explained what you're doing more specifically, including languages and program names, we might be able to answer more specifically.
