I'm going to suggest you email [email protected] with a feature request.
In my thoughts on this: I don't know how BBEdit would know how to find the remote documentation, unless embedded in the open python document, in which case it probably would be showing that anyway. As for running the python program, I never run from BBEdit, I've always found that a terminal window ssh'd into the remote machine (or locally), is both more flexible as well as more reliable (ie I know exactly what is running, where and how).
