Neill,

The path /Volumes/Macintosh HD - Data/VCTTools contains spaces.
You should quote paths that contains spaces when using them in the 
terminal, like so:
    "/Volumes/Macintosh HD - Data/VCTTools"

Otherwise the shell interprets it as 4 paths space separated: 
 /Volumes/Macintosh
HD
-
Data/VCTTools
