Given that a worksheet named '*project.worksheet*' exists in your project
and that your project window is the front window,
this applescript should open it:

*tell* *application* "BBEdit"

   *activate*

*set* vFile *to* *file* *of* *first* *item* *of* (*documents* *of*
*first* *project window* *whose* name *is* "project.worksheet")

*open* vFile opening in *first* *project window* *with* «*class* MdDa»
*and* adding to recent list

*end* *tell*
