I think it was written with BackupExec (and if so I don't know the options
used). It wasn't written by anything fancy (i.e. whatever was the
common/default backup software) for the c.1999 NT box with BackOffice that
wrote the backup from 1999.
Thanks for the tip! it led me to do some more investigating on the
origins of this tape...
