You can also use the whitelist_from capability to whitelist those lists.
(depending on your configuration, you can just have the user's configs
have it (~/.spamassassin/user_prefs))

You should never auto-dispose of messages.  No matter what you use, there
will always be false positives.  The typical suggestion is to save the
"spam" into its own folder and check it occasionally.  If it's all spam,
delete the folder and be done.
