You can look at http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space to get
APNIC assignments.
But not all of asia should be blocked. We've only had problems with some
parts of 211.x (mostly in Korea and Japan). Mostly, like I said, due to
boxes that are unprotected and easily rooted.
We also many problems from .dk, 193.x, 194.x as well.
Rather than block all of APNIC, its much better to drive your blocks from
logs. Cisco and syslog is your friend...
