If you can get a list of Fastnet customers on your block, I will try to
get them to sign up, and try to get FastNet to transfer the block to us.
Indeed, I may even try to purchase some of their equipment in the Bent St
Colo.

Send me the numbers you have for FastNet management and engineering, and
I'll try to put together an offer.
