Some people call OSX a Unix. I say: For shame. ;-) IMHO, you can't be called a unix, if you have a case-insensitive filesystem, your config settings are stored in a proprietary format in a proprietary location instead of using /etc, you have no concept of package selection or package management, and you're a single-user operating system that cannot allow multiple logins even if you try. That ain't worthy of being called unix! ;-) That's like installing cygwin, and saying windows is unix. Oh well, end rant. ;-) _______________________________________________ bblisa mailing list [email protected] http://www.bblisa.org/mailman/listinfo/bblisa
