BIOS parameters to set a go back to the first option on failure of all boot options are extremely rare, but I have it at least once. I have never seen a BIOS with an adjustable timeout in the CMOS.

Anyway, why repeat the boot automatically, when the operator can log in to the IPMI and do it manually?
