We already discussed about this, actually thinking about BSD. We won't
release the full code under a license which would permit a corporation
(i.e. Broadcom) to use our code in any proprietary application. Most of
this driver is Linux specific, but if there are snippets of code needed for
porting to other opensource OS, there wouldn't be any problem to release
these parts of code, at least the ones I own copyright of, under a lesser
license, but I think there wouldn't be any problem for code wrote by other
people too (I discussed about this with Michael so far).

Please consider as well that specs are mostly complete as of now, and that
reading them together with our code would provide, IMHO, an excellent
documentation about how to write a driver for any OS, as it carries
examples and algorithms, too. So please let us know what you need, I don't
really think that releasing the full driver under a lesser license would
help you in any way, as most of code is OS specific, actually.
