Treating 0x900 as a chipcommon core appears to work - it reports the 
number of cores as 4, which doesn't seem ridiculous. Treating 0x820 as a 
PCI core "works" to the extent that firmware loads and the radio is 
switched on, but no interrupts are ever generated.
