Yes, I run openwrt, kamikaze (though, quite old: 4431 revision) + bcm43xx-dscape (also dated approx. by summer, 2006). I do not know the current state of kamikaze sources, but when I discussed that issue with some of openwrt developers in summer, the conclusion, I beleive, was to postpone including bcm43xx-dscape sources in kamikaze, as they were quite experimental and some features were lacking. So, if nothing has changed from that time, I'm aftaid you will have to add bcm43x-dscape sources to your kamikaze sources yourselves to make it working. I'll post some more info on the setup in the following letter ... Good luck!
