Then the performance was poor and NetworkManager kept getting
disconnected. I'd have tried forcing the rate down to 11Mb/s or lower,
but my iwconfig didn't seem to work because it was too old. I'll
investigate that later.
I saw this at one point too..

I also didn't get IPv6 addresses by RA... at least until I tried to
investigate. Perhaps it was the tcpdump which made it work -- perhaps
multicast is broken and I only picked up the address when I put it in
promiscuous mode?
