Hi, yesterday I installed the kernel version 2.6.24, and tried to get
rid of ndiswrapper. But I could get the wlan to work.
Here's the output from lspci -vn:
06:02.0 0280: 14e4:4318 (rev 02)
Subsystem: 103c:1356
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 64, IRQ 21
Memory at c0204000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=8K]
And here the relevant part of dmesg:
=================

=================
iwconfig reports that we are associated with the AP, but if I manually
assign an IP to wlan0 with ifconfig and try to ping the AP, I get
"destination unreachable".
Any clue? Please let me know if you need some more debug information.
For now I'm back to ndiswrapper, but tonight I'll probably have time to
make more tests, if needed.
Ciao,
Alberto
