Kernel 2.6.22 doesn't yet contain the newer b43 driver (only the old
bcm43xx), so that won't really work. On the other hand, openSUSE 10.3 has
quite a bit
of problems with kernels 2.6.24 and up. Your best choice is to wait
until openSUSE 11 comes out (or if you aren't afraid of pre-releases,
you will be able to download the beta release tomorrow - it was
scheduled for yesterday, but it still isn't out yet). Or maybe you can
try compat-wireless, which supplies b43 for old kernels.
