I have the exact same card, and it works fine with b43. However, I am
using 2.6.26, and important 138G V2-specific fixes were added in
2.6.25.1. (Without the fix, the card refuses to transmit.) So, you
should upgrade your kernel to 2.6.25.x or newer.
