Hi, I would like to help for the BCM4310 by test with my dell vostro 1310. I would like also to help in implementation but I must said that this will be my first steps.
I'm reading HOWTO do Linux kernel development (kernel doc) and I have piratically finish the Embeddded Linux kernel and driver developmenttraining from http://free-electrons.com/docs/kernel/ Any suggestion will be welcome (waiting for task description) What I know right now is from http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43 BCM 4310 - This device has an LP PHY. We think that means low power. In any case, previous code does not work. The reverse engineers have translated a great deal of the code and are currently generating specs for the code writers. I'm reading everything about BCM4310 in the archive mailing list! Thx kap /** * Ask not what your Linux kernel can do for you - ask what you can do for your Linux kernel * Inspiration come from http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Kernel_Driver_Statement */
