You are right. our problems are different, because I was unable to
connect to my open network, even without explicit ssid, bssid.

Would yo do a great favor to me? Send me your .config and your
wpa_supplicant.conf (without the passwords, of course); I would love
to connect just as you do. Thank you very much.
