So far I understand, you will loose in the battle. First of all, bdlug is not a registered organization, only becuause of this you will not get the domain back. If whole bangladesh support you, I think you are still going to loose. You need to understand, Bangladesh, Bangladeshi news-paper, Bangladeshi media has nothing to do with this.
Let me give you an example: You know, 'Nissan' is world famous brand of automobile. But domain nissan.com is being held by 'Nissan Computer Corporation' for at least 12 years. Nissan auto sued them .. so far Nissan didn't get that domain. Personally, I don't think they will get it. Are you capable to sue Mr. Bauani in United States? Thats why I said, aisob puran pachal bad dia.. amader jai domain asay.. lug.org.bd .. make it more effective under a registered non-profit organization.. If I were you, I would do that. But still, I wish you good luck to get that domain back!
