Dear List for the last couple of days I had been receiving huge amount of virus from one particular IP (as detected by MailScanner + ClamAV). I did a apnic search and found the master provider's email address. I wrote to him several times, every time with proper proof attached (the scanner report), and the person replied that s/he will look into the matter. However, even after nearly a week no action has been taken.
Now, I'm wondering, is there any place higher where I can take this matter. I know that blocking the IP of the responsible machine is an option, but I am trying to find alternates as well.
