The default bangla Inscript doesn't have any Danda (Daari) : http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/articles/InputMethod/indiclayout.html so what's in your layout? We made a solution and added Danda in Inscript Bangla layout : http://www.ekushey.org/projects/shadhinota/inscript.html
