Hi All,
By now, we have Linux for x86_64 around for some time.
I like to give it a try on my AMD64 based machine.
However, before trying that I like to make sure
several issues. I am wondering, if there exists any
Linux distribution(s) that is:
* as stable as the 32-bit version
* entirely 64 bit (i.e., no 32-bit applications,
libraries and kernel)
I searched the Web with no luck. I would appreciate
your comments and sharing your experiences.
BTW, I am not an advance Linux user. I use linux box
as regular desktop and for development. Usually
packages included in a distribution like FC serves my
purpose.
Thanks in advance,
--Mursalin--
