My experience say that BSD is more secure and stable
than linux. You can give Freesbie a shot. Even u can
try the RoFreesbie @ http://www.rofreesbie.org/ . And
if u r really security conscious then try using
OpenBSD. chroot and jail will drive u mad .. :D
