If I understood your question correctly, then you are asking the "name" of the filesystem being used by pcbsd. Well, as is obvious from their site (http://www.pcbsd.org/), it is "Based on rock-solid FreeBSD" -- so definitely it uses UFS or FFS by default. I have never used pcbsd, so I cannot vouch for their present status.
