Hello, After booting windows do the following things :
1. Start the Task Manager . End processes named as 'kopa.exe' and ' systemlib.exe' . 2. Go to Windows folder . Remove any file named 'kopa' and 'systemlib'. 3. Apply step 2 for System32 folder under Windows directory. 4. From Startup programs , delete any programs named as 'kopa' or 'systemlib'.
