Dear Imtiaz bhai, You have missed my points. In Bangladesh there is no active group comparable to BDLUG for Windows users. When some one ask you for help, its ok to say no if you dont want to help but i dont feel its ethical to make fun with him. Thanks goes to Rifat Shahriar who some how tried to help and solve the problem. For your information,my OS is Linux. What i feel few BDLUGer's are arrogant towards newbie or windows users, clearly deviating form the true spirit of linux.
I'm sorry if I'm wrong about it. I would request to end this thread here and reguset group owner to start a thread on the issue of Permitted discussion topics in the group. But I thing we should not compare our BDLUG with Nanog and ourselves with RMS :) Best regards, On 17 Apr 2007 11:53:21 -0700, Imtiaz Rahi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Dear Mustafa, > > Virus on windows is seriously nagging problem, we all have no doubt. > Whether Linux solve all the problems or not is not the issue here. > > Someone, using WINDOWS asked to get rid of his virus in Linux User Group !!! > How appropriate is that ??? > May be he should have asked in a BD Windows UG or something like that. > > Here in this group we only discuss on Linux (+ BSD +Unix) issues and help > each other. > People should be clear about this. > > Cheers, > Imtiaz > > > On 4/16/07, Golam Mustafa <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > > Dear Taskinoor Hasan, > > Using linux does not solve all kind of user lever of problems.
