I wonder if anyone from Bangladesh actually approached BSTI well before the
call for vote came to make them understand and give time to take decisions.
Does anyone know if anyone did?

BSTI, Information, Communication ministry could be simultaneously approached
and hopefully using written proposal and explanation from each university's
renowned professors, many whom are already involved in governmental meetings
of different levels.

And for general people, could write on letter portion of newspapers, that
attention appropriate authority, a call for vote is coming... think wise....
because....

Obviously, the approach has to logical. And the question will come, if those
reported problems with the OOXML are fixed, will you accept or reject it?
why?

Sometimes, need for coordinated efforts is heard. Is anyone out there who
would volunteer to keep track of such things as they can, beforehand to play
a key role in the change....?
