Allan: Just 2 days ago, on MSNBC,i think, i caught most of a message about some U.S.governmental expression of intent to make ISPs responsible for monitoring their own net-traffic for any trace of what the gov't terms "subversive" commentary. I can only imagine the debate around that definition!
