Hi! Allan,
For the benefit and casual readers, I think distinction should be made between
Orgone Accumulators and Dor Busters.

Orgone Accumulators, normally having concentric, alternating layers of material
such as sheep's wool and steel wool, with a central void, into which Orgone is
accumulated and seeds or even a person is placed for beneficial treatment. Seeds
planted after a few days in an accumulator, jump away and have a high germination
rate etc. With the person sized model, there are reports of difficult conditions
cured or relived. Orgone is live supporting and occurs naturally, such as near
waterfalls etc.

Dor Busters are used to break up "Dory atmosphere" that prevent precipitation
(both rain and heavy dew). Some Dor conditions are probably natural, but many are
related to man and his activities, such as atmospheric pollution, heat inversion
etc. The Dor Buster usually has a tube in some form and running water. See the
DeMeo material. The hazard is that the Dor is collected and gathers in the water
and around the instrument and is anything but life supporting. Large scale weather
modifying size ones should only be used with great caution. I have designed a
remote controlled intended to break up Dor conditions involved in catastrophic
wild fire conditions, when often clouds containing large amounts of water are
present, but because of Dor, can not precipitate. My devise would be positioned up
weather from the fire event and operated remotely in a controlled secluded place
and left in place for later decontamination and recovery.

Hugh Lovel observed that in an ideal environment (large BD system) Dor does not
build up. Therefore the projection (broadcast) of a large area of BD energies
would clear the Dor or the Dor producing conditions. He has successfully done this
using his Field Broadcaster and the BD energy in a carefully ran sequence. [I
think he has published this, but not sure, so will not detail it.]

My feeling is that the RS BD Preps are exactly what is required in the area where
they were developed. The further from that area and those conditions we are, the
less they are suited. Oz is so much different from even NZ. I feel that we in Oz
require parallel energies to the original RS BDs, that are specific for our
conditions. I have been working on this for eighteen months and have included
provision for directly, specifically removing the obstacles to precipitation. Thus
instead of using the BD energies intended for other purposes, I have jumped to
particular end result I am looking for and developed what would look to be a
working system for that. I was about to have a go at a remote weather station in a
very low rainfall area, but a stray weather system is possibly going near it, so
have held my hand.

Before I am asked, I will not be posting enough detail for others to experiment on
this. I believe that the use of energy on this scale requires extensive training
and careful selection of people to be trained. I am in the loop for formal
Radionic Training and have been in England at Keys College of Radionics to extend
my knowledge. I will be teaching their course in Australia and at some point, my
developments will be available to our graduate students. Very sorry, there will be
no stand alone weekend workshops on how to change the weather. Our graduates will
also be given insight into the design and development of Radionic Devices, as
there is much about these that are not as it looks, if you take the cover off and
try to copy them.
