You are right about this unless the rules have changed recently.
I bought a set of BD cards late last year from the Malcolm Rae people and
this is how you do it .I rang and spoke to a very nice lady who promptly
sent me a set of BD cards in an envelope. The phone number was
Magneto Geometrics 001144 208 461 2220
Fax 001544 208 461 5253 ( these are the full number, you need to
substitute your IDD for the Australian bit at the start)
About a month or so after I had the cards I got a bill in the mail which I
paid. The whole deal cost about fifty or sixty dollars Australian Isn't it
nice to do business with people that trust you !!
