You are incorrect. There are "Muslim states", most notably today, Afghanistan. Furthermore, statehood is hardly a criteria for "origin/race" as there are approximately 6000 ethnicities currently categorised. And, Judaism, while not necessarily a "race" because of divergent genetic roots, is most certainly given general acceptance as one, due to its matrilineality. Of course, this does not preclude Judaism as a religion, in tandem.
