That reminds me of an ongoing question. JPI's 500 instructions say to 
not apply BD500 before a rain. Is this instruction due to the 
possibility that physical rain water will dissipate the effects of 
BD500 or is it because of some change in the atmospherics due to 
impending rain that is not conducive to 500.

Myself, I am loathe to apply any of the preps to dry ground.
