I think some of these directions are coming from...misconceptions.  If you 
were going to do a sequential spray to stop or slow rain you would not wait 
for it to stop raining.  These remedies are energy based, I do not see how 
rain effects them.  If it is too wet or rainy to get in the fields I spray 
from the driveway only...sstorch
