>> "Good taste & good heath is never a fad."<<   This is a great motto...!!! What I should have said is.... I worry about how long the general population can hold interest in anything!!! Grants are great if they can be used to make a change that will continue to have an impact after the money is gone.   We have the first big meeting on Tuesday which will bring all the players of the foodshed project together for the first time.  This has all be done, up to now, in smaller working groups. Should be interesting to see how well this group can work together and make that lasting change!!   Perry
