The requirement is as follows : A set of Records are displayed in a RichTextBox.On pressing the Down Arrow the top record in the RichTextBox should go up(in short will go out of the richtextbox ) and will not be displayed.But since my cursor is at the top and on pressing down arrow it doesnt happen .It happens only when my cursor reaches the last visible row in the richtextbox.How can I enable this ? One more thing is I want the cursor to remain at the top position even on pressing the Down Arrow only the records should go up.
