----------------------------------------------------------- From: japss Message 1 in Discussion Hi All, I'm facing a problem with SQL server. It occupies more than 95% of the memory always. Since the application is live, users are facing slow down of the system. The server config is: Win2K with SP 3 SQL Server 2K with SP2 2 CPU - 1 GB RAM SQL server occupies more than 95% of memory even during non-peak time (during the night period 11PM - 5AM) There are around 1000 users are using the system and the concurrent users are around 100-120. Even after restarting, it holds more than 80% of the memory and starting increasing slowly. Please help me about y SQL is holding 95% of memory Please get back to me in case you need more clarification regards, Senthil. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
