Hi Arun,   The business case that you have pointed out requires users to see 
customized interfaces based on their roles. I assume that this would mean different 
menu options and page layout for the different kind of users.   COM+ role based 
security is ideally meant for securing access to data or processes in components. This 
also requires windows user objects to be used.  In your case, the security access is 
not different for users of different roles. The data security aspects of these roles 
would be similar, i.e. Internet banking customer.    Here are my recommendations for 
your application: 1. Use Forms authentication model for your application.  2. Maintain 
the mapping information with user and roles in your database.  3. When a user 
successfully logs in to the banking system, find out which role does he belongs to and 
redirect the user to the appropriate page or menu.    I hope this solves your problem.
