hi there!   Suppose you wish to transfer values from FormA to FormB. Create public 
properties in FormB that will be used to set values from FormA.   Next, instantiate 
FormB in FormA and use the public properties you created for the transfer and set them 
to the values you wish to transfer from FormA.   You can use public fields for this 
purpose, but its not a good programming approach since you wont be able to exercise 
much control over them, in terms of whether they should be read-only or write-only or 
read-write. Publci fields are always the latter, while properties (termed as smart 
fields) can be either of the three.   Gaurav
