Though I haven't had time to apply the solution. Becuase this was for a test environment, I could afford to relax. Anyways, go to your Event Viewer. In the System Log, you will find a W3C error (with the exclamation sign). Copy the error (at least a part of it) and paste in Google. One of the search results will give you an article in IISFaq.com which will give you all the solutions. I am trying to locate the article myself and will post the same as soon as I find it.
