Hi,    Yes, Bharat statement is correct. "If you pass the value without giving the 
single quote('). It will not give any error but it will alway inster 1900-01-01 
00:00:00.000
"    It works correctly  for Format(CDate(RDate),"MM/dd/yyyy")   but my regional 
setting format is dd/mm/yyyy. I hope it won't give any problem later   Thanx in
