Hi Nanda,
 
Tricky issue. But interesting.. can think of two 
things:
 
1. I don't know if Microsoft provides some kind of an object library for 
creating MS-Access from code. MS-Word and MS-Excel can be created using the 
Office Automation Objects. So check with the MSDN or MS-Office Developer 
Documentation to see if this is possible.
 
2. The second is a slight "hack". Keep a blank MS-Access Database in a 
sub-folder (under the Application folder) - you could even keep the attributes 
of this file as hidden if you so want. Now whenever you want to "create" your 
database at runtime, make a copy of this file to wherever you want and then use 
normal SQL to create two tables in the database.
 
This is what I could think of.
